As I go along...I'm wondering if I should be aiming to get my longer distance "comfortable" pace close to 7:30 if I hope to run a 3:35 marathon in the fall? If so, is the best way of doing that to simply try to get my body used to running at that pace and then gradually add mileage? Thanks for any insights!
